Unlike conventional plug-n-play soldering iron that connects directly to electricity, our station puts the electricity through a sophisticated transformer and controller IC that intelligently puts out the perfect amount of power to your soldering iron and hot air gun. We integrated these technologies to ensure your safety and allow rapid heating and lightning-fast temperature compensation.

The soldering section pushes 60 watts of (maximum) power to the iron tip, providing a temperature range of 392℉～896℉. The new and improved heating element enables rapid heating and lightning-fast temperature compensation for your operation. You can even solder a broad range of components with this iron.

We understand how important an excellent hot air gun means for your work. Hence, we’ve built a hot air gun with a premium quality heating element and a powerful motor. With a maximum airflow volume of 120L/min and a temperature range of 212℉～896℉, you can easily remove SOIC, CHIP, QFP, PLCC, BGA, and SMD components with this hot air gun.

DC Power Supply

The DC Power supply comes with output mode and voltmeter mode. In output mode, the power supply can put out adjustable DC power 0-3A / 0-15V DC, and show the load’s power pull in real-time. In the testing mode, the voltmeter can test DC power from 0-35V DC.

NOTE:

Testing Station

The testing section consists of two key elements, which are the testing mode meters and the power supply. (These functions are integrated, use ONLY either at once)

USB Port

A stand-alone 5V 0.5A USB port that can power most smartphones. (do not use the USB port for devices with large capacities)

Power Supply

The respective receptacles can act as a power supply or show readings when switched to power supply's output mode. In testing mode, the power supply runs on constant C.C (Constant Current) mode to protect your delicate work devices. You can test devices of maximum voltage of up to 35V. (do not use the voltmeter for devices that runs on AC, or has a voltage value greater than 35V)

Soldering Iron

The advanced soldering iron is equipped with a gravitational motion sensor, and the internal component consists of a metal ball to detect movements. A wobbling noise may occur when the iron is picked up as a result of motion sensing. The wobbling noise is not a sign of defective product / poor build quality.

All 'station' products consist of delicate electronic components and materials, damages upon delivery may be due to potential mishandling during the transportation process.
